When I was much younger, far less wise, and……well, let’s be real. I’m still young and naive to so much that will come my way in life. Experiences teach us more than anything, but remember to do exactly that… to experience. In this article Regina Brett shares with us so many beautiful lessons that we should remind ourselves of as often as possible. Society tells us how to look, how to feel, what to buy, where to go, and on and on and on. They push ideals on us. Don’t let too much of it fog what is real to you. Values are important, do what you need to keep them instilled. In 40 years it won’t matter what you wore today or how you did your hair if you can’t look back and know you were happy and you were doing what was good for you. Life can be happy AND simple.

If you were going to share “how to live a happy life” based on your experiences, how would your list read?

Hope your Friday and weekend is beautiful. xo
